Complaint against Royal Enfield for Sppedometer replacement issue

Hello Sir, I have raised the complaint to Royal Enfiled Dated:-2nd Aug 2016 related to the meter issue in my Thunderbird 350. At that time Brawn Automobile (from where I bought my bike) told me that right now they don't have the speedometer for my bike, and they promised me that they will provide me the same ASAP. But till now I have not got a new meter on my bike, now they are saying that my bike is out of warranty and they can not change. Requesting you to please help me.I have some mail of the conversation please find in attachment.
