Negligence/ Carelessness of concerns of Carry soft limited./Servicing unit

With reference to the subject mentioned, It is to inform you that I have purchased Aqua soft purifier, Model: - Shine, Unit No.: - CS-5000402 vide Cash memo receipt no. 2890 dated 23.09.14 which was installed on dated 22.09.14. The machine was purchased from the below mentioned address:

Carry soft Limited/Aqua soft service centre:
Flot No. 246, Near DAV kapildev Ground,
New AG Co-operative colony, Kandru,
Ranchi - 834001

Again the Renewal for Annual Servicing of purifier was done vide Cash memo receipt no. 3866 dated 31.03.16.

Please note that the System was not in proper working condition since September 2015 when the system/purifier was in complete warranty period.

The service provider shows complete Negligence towards the proper servicing of the purifier. Servicing done on September 2015 when file a complaint.

Next servicing done on March 2016. That day service technician and Aqua soft concern Mr. Ravish Kumar informed me that the system was not working since September 2015 i.e. last servicing as the TDS of water at purifier outlet was same as on raw water at inlet. And we are consuming raw water only. On that day Mr. Ravish kumar told me that he will check the last technician who has done the servicing. That day Mr. Ravish told me that Membrane is OK and TDS is now adjusted and is now OK.

On April 2016: 1st week: Again the system not working properly as only 2-3 liter of water per day coming out of outlet. Again they told that last technician has done the mistake and adjusted the reject water valve.
After one week i.e. again the same problem arises that only 2-3 liter of water per day coming out of outlet. Also the TDS of water was high. Again informed to Aqua soft service centre for rectification/servicing. On dated 28.04.2016, the same words again repeated that last technician has done the mistake. Also Aqua soft technician Mr. Gautam did’nt brings TDS Meter and he did’nt informed anything about the problem. Also please note that one of the valve inside system was in close condition which I informed to technician Mr. Gautam – Aqua soft.

In view of above, the system was not working since September 2015 i.e. 07-08 Months and we are facing lot of problem due to Negligence/ Carelessness of concerns from carry soft limited. Also we have consumed raw water for almost six months though we have invested money on Aqua soft purifier system.
Also I bring to your kind notice that after complaint, never service technician deputed within 24 hrs. Also they give excuses for the same that technician is not available. I think concerns from carry soft were waiting to pass the warranty period so that they can get some more money from customer.

This is complete responsibility of entire concerns from Carry soft Ltd. to look after the matter seriously take action towards the Negligence/ Carelessness of concerns deputed for the same and resolve the problem in all respect. Also requested to change the complete system free of cost as problem was only due to negligence of Aqua soft servicing unit or return my complete amount that I have invested on system/Purifier and servicing charges with interest of 2Years.
