SIR /MADAM
I HAVE A SIM OF RELIANCE JIO,WHICH NUMBER IS 9311478756 (postpaid connection). MY CALLS OF JIO NUMBER WAS BARRED ON 14.11.2020 (DIWALI). I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY SAID YOUR SERVICES ARE BARRED DUE TO NON PAYMENT OF OUTSTANDING. HOWEVER I HAVE NO BILLS/OUTSTANDING DUE FOR THE SAID NUMBER. THEN THEY SAID DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUE, IT HAPPENED.ON THE OCASSION LIKE DIWALI THEY TORCHERED AND HARASSED ME LIKE ANYTHING. WITHOUT ANY REASON I HAD TO WAIT TILL LATE IN THE NIGHT OF DIWALI TO USE THE SERVICES. I HAVE CALLED AND REQUESTED/BEGGED NUMBER OF TIMES TO JIO CARE TO START SERVICES ON MY NUMBER.BUT ALL IN VEIN. I HAD MAKE EXTREMELY URGENT CALLS ON THE SAID DAY. THEY HAVE EVEN STOPPED INTERNET ON MY NUMBER.
i also have recording of calls with care center of jio.
Therefore I demand a componsation of Rs.10.00 Lakhs from Reliance Jio for all the torture and mental harrasment that I have faced on the day like "Diwali".
Please look into the matter and I request you to take appropriate actions against them.
