Dear Jio,
I just have been fade up with the service. My number is 7011790358 has been barred third times. I have recharged with 500 for 90 days just 20 days ago. Now plan is blocked. This number is being used from 1.5 years. But last 3 months Jio is barring my outgoing calls. The customer care say either reduce number of calls or visit jio website. Their suggestions are useless. I just use this number to call my friends and family. after Expensing 500 Jio wants me to use this in limits. it means i don't need to call in my family or friends. Even they don't clear the calling criteria.
