My name is avijit roy,i am lived in patkapara tea garden,post:dakshin
patkapara,dist -Alipurduar,pin:736121
I have a reliance gsm postpaid number 9832447484,it was used by me in banks and apply for any jobs ....arround 5months ago i found that suddenlly my network is gone....after savaral attemts of manual search i dont get any network...after that i was goes to the nearest rel.office they said to me vodafone dont interested to carry the contract of network sharing....if u want to get any neteork then mannually search the network and put it on aircel and press
okey....then you get the network...
then i said to them there is no aircel tower in our locality then how i get any network?then they said to me to contact in customer cares....
i do this...after that waiting for a longtime they replied to me....the network will be okey soon....over phone.
i am asking them evry time why they do that to us with out our concern....if they aware us then we are take any needfull steps...like porting out....
but they dont....evry month my bill is generated and i have to pay this....without using any service ftom 4 month....plz help us
...many emails i was send to appelate authority but they didnot take any steps .....i need network or compansation for this harrasment.

Dear sir/madam....plz tell them to weived my last month bill.....coz since now i dont get any network....till now.....they sending me the port code but genrrated my bill....plz waive off the amount which is generated as the last bill amount.....coz they good will revarshal my money round and round but dont provide me any neteork....my number is 9832447484....i cant contact any customer care......why?
