I ORDERED 1 MOBILE MODEL SPICE XLIFE 512 SEEN ON PRICEBABA.COM FOR Rs.2599 AT FLIPKART.COM on 05MAY2016 (order-OD305930723935233000)SEEING FULL DISCRIPTION AS 8MP REAR CAMARA,4GB INTERNAL MEMORY,5"SCREEN,2000MAH BATTARY ETC.IT REDIRECTED THROUGH FLIPKART.COM AND I PROCEEDED TO BUY.
IN BETWEEN NO.OF CONFERMATION AND TRACKING MESSEGES,MAILS & A CALLCAME NONE OF THEM MENTIONED THE MODEL NAME INFULL AND ONLY GIVING NAME SPICE XLIFE.IT WAS RECIEVED ON 09MAY2016 BY PAYING Rs.2699 .ON OPENING THE BOX I WAS SHOCKED TO HAVE A 3.5"SCREEN SPICE XLIFE 364 MODEL MOBILE.
I IMMIDIETELY GONE ONLINE ON MAIL AND REQUESTED TO RETURN TO FLIPKART BUT DENIED SAYING THE PRODUCT DELIVERED IS AS ORDERED.
