I purchased one refrigerator of 505 lt Bosch make on 21/05/2017 model kgn57AI40I.The refrigerator was installed on 24/05/2017.The ice is not formed even in 6 hours. Bosch technician set the temp of 4 and -20 degree on 24/05/2017 The bosch technician visited today but could not set it right.
Pl take urgent steps to remove defect. If it is defective refrigerator replace immediately.
