We have bought new Samsung refrigerator non 28/06/2017, but we received it damaged during installation, as it was a huge appliance,we warned n take it back,as it got dent before installation. Both doors were removed n fixed after installation but they r uneven. Twice refitted by the technicians we got still uneven. We had phonic talk with dealer MD to replce the refridgerator of huge investment.they refused n offer to get repaired for which we have paid 93000/- on the spot at our home.so wish to have replacement of new one.
