Complaint against Samsung Refrigerator door compartment not cool properly

Last few days it has been observed that my dip fridge of my Samsung double door refrigerator is working but main door compartment not cool properly. The temperature regulator nob became fixed on 4-5.water contained in all the things on main fridge. Dip fridge chamber cooling is normal.
