1. I hav airtel prepaid sim (chandigarh) 8968815832.
2. I recharged my no. on 7 jun for Rs 500. However i realised that money was deducted twice, though recharge was done only once.
3. I complained on 198, sent e-mail, called up on tele no. as told by them, but of no use.
4. airtel has not ressolved the issue.
