Card is not recharged, The cashless card was issued to me

I recently joined Honeywell, The cashless card was issued to me. I recharged my card with the card number written on my card( HTS 12021 0transection number-1193029117 as per mail receipt but still there is no balance in my card.

The receipt received after recharging is having other reference number & for some other person. Ref no-1195643445 & Card Number: 9300003012021.

Please return the amount in my card.
