Deducted the amount twice for one toll (Bhavdeen Toll Plaza) crossing by Paytm

I have crossed the Bhavdeen Toll Plaza, Sirsa (one time) at 8:06 PM, Tue, Mar 12th, 2019. I'm using the Fastag of Paytm. I have a low amount (11.62 INR only) in Paytm wallet and reserved Fastag wallet (amount 150 INR). After crossing toll, Paytm deducted the amount 11.62 INR from the wallet and remaining amount 43.38 INR from reserved Fastag wallet. After crossing, Paytm send the alert message for the low amount in wallets. I have added the 1000 INR in my Paytm wallet. According to rules, Paytm transferred the 43.38 INR to reserved Fastag wallet for set amount 150 INR. After it, Paytm deducted the amount 55 INR again from my Paytm wallet for toll means I have paid the money twice for one crossing
1) first time 55 INR from both wallets (11.62 + 43.38).
2) Second time 55 INR from Paytm wallet.
After it, I have the amount 901.62 INR in my Paytm wallet which should be 956.62 INR. I have also tried to contact Paytm by Facebook messenger, customer care call and mail. Also shared the screenshots for the same. But they have rejected for return any kind of money. They have ignored my appeals.
