Wrong Product Delivered and Denied to accept while returning

I ordered shoes from myntra but the company delivered wrong product which was a pair of slipper and it was delivered on 10/08/2023 in open condition. I had made a return request through Myntra App by selecting wrong or defective product reason and uploaded images of the wrong item, barcode and parcel condition. In the evening I tried to contact the company to return the product and on 11/08/2023 the pick up agent came and i handed over the item. He told me the item is different from the original one and couldn't accept as it was a wrong product. He told me to wait for a day and will receive an OTP on the next day. But i received a message on 11th night from delhivery courier that item failed the quality check and has not been picked up. The next day i contacted the delivery boy and his behaviour was totally rude and told me that the parcel has been thrown in some shop and to collect if required. After that i contacted customer care many times and everytime they told me to wait for 3-4 days and till date i didn't receive any positive response from the company side. By this worst response of the company I suffered a lot and I need the refund of my money as soon as possible along with the penalty from the company for troubling me.
