Received wrong product in return order

I have register my self as a seller on Meesho. Recently i have served two online order of Xtreme Plus 20mm Rotary Hammer. The customer use the product and withing 7 days he made product return request to meesho and product is not received as what he requested. But I have send same product which customer seen online with all accessories as details mention on Meesho website. Meesho accepted the product return but without verifying it that customer is returning back same product. In one order return i have received the shell of old broken hammer drill while in other i have received motocycle rear old shock absorber.
