Refund for the returned Hard Disk is not initiated still after 12 days

I purchased 1 TB hard disk from snapdeal (Order #19276326326). Snapdeal delivered the hard disk but the S/N on the invoice was not matching the S/N of invoice. There was difference of one digit. I immediately raise a return request. After that I got call from snapdeal and I asked them to correct S/N on invoice or take return the hard disk. She confirmed that invoice will be changed. I also asked her to hold the return request. Without any confirmation, snapdeal arranged a return, i asked courier boy that return request is on hold because snapdeal will provide correct invoice to me. After that, I waited for few days but correct invoice was not provided. So, I called snapdeal and sent mail also to return the hard disk but there was no response. After few days, I received mail from snapdeal that I have to send the hard disk on my own because as per them, the area is not serviceable by their courier partner. Then I couriered hard disk through DTDC courier which was received by snapdeal on 5th July, 2017. After that it has been 12 days but no return is initiated. I am sending mails and calling snapdeal on daily basis but everytime they said that resolution will be provided in next 24-48 hrs. The order was pre paid. Please get it resolved as I am getting frustrated now and ready to take legal action on snapdeal.
