I bought a Coolpad Note 3 Lite from Infibeam.com for at Rs 7149 in the month of November 2016
for my father. It worked fine till June 2017, but then it started having charging problem. For this
I went to the Coolpad service Center in Nehru Place twice but they rejected the phone for service
and replied that Infibeam is not their authorized seller. I sent a mail to Coolpad but the same
reply came from them and they also denied to give warranty servie to my phone. Afterword called
and sent all the matter to Infibeam also but It didn't gave me any satisfactory reply.
Infibeam.com is deceiving the customers by selling the products for which it is not authorized.
Infibeam must refund me the Money and also give me compensation for the agony caused to me
and my family
