Reliance Jio Homeshop18 Product Returned, No Refund

I was dissatisfied with a product that I purchased from homeshop18. the product being Gluco One BG03 Blood Glucose Strips-Pack of 50. As per their return policy I couriered the product to the specified address provided by them. The suborder number is 85884361. The product was delivered and recieved by them on time. but the are not refunding the money, an amount of Rs.750. I called many times but everytime they are postponing the payment date. It has almost been 3 weeks and the are still not refunding the money.
