My order number is OD328740526165970100 kiddie castle teddy bear 3 feet. The product was received in 3 days. But product is wrong and damaged. So I can replace this order. Replace is accepted and delivery date is 04 August. But today 11 August and order is pending. Neither the product is changing nor anyone is coming to collect it. Nor are they returning the product.Now speaking for delivery till 15th August. So sir please help me for this situation
