I had done onlinemobile recharge through Amazon pay on dated 01.09.2020 but recharge was failed and my Rs 100 deducted and showed successful transaction also but neither amazon refunded nor bank refunded my amount till now even after contacted them many times due to this I lost my faith on banking transaction and online orders, so sir please do the needful so that they refund my amount at the earliest.
