I have an order related issue
I placed an order on 19 january 2020 of iphone xs worth rupees 49999 Order ID - OD117625245022110000
It got delivered on 29 January 2020 when I opened the packed the iphone is not sealed and data cable is also missing in the box and the iphone is also seems to be fake
After that I contacted with Flipkart customer care and they put an replacement for this order
On 4 February replacement goes out for delivery . After that the wishmaster comes to me and check my product and he checked the price too . After checking the price he refused to deliver the replacement order because mail is not received to them for the pickup of iphone and he said to me for contacting Flipkart regarding this order and he also asked me that when the mail is recieved to us , they will deliver the order . After that I contacted Flipkart customers care regarding this matter and described them briefly they asked me not to worry they will definitely look into the matter. Flipkart customer care officer asked me to wait till the 10 February but 10 February was crossed no solution was received. On 10 February I contacted Flipkart customer care again they asked again to me for waiting till 14 February.
but till 14th feb no call is recieved from flipkart. on 15th feb i again contacted flipkart regarding the same and they asked me to wait till 20th feb but 20 is also crossed no solution was given to me.
