i ordered redmi k20 of price 23999.00 from flipkart and i got a mobile of jivi brand from flipkart on 16 august 2019. that was of different brand . same time i inform the flipkart costumer care about this and they told me to wait for 10 business days and my issue was resolved on 27 aug 2019 and they agree to replace the mobile but the courier boy did not accept the mobile issued by them. and he returned the product to seller
i again inform costumer care. they again tell me to wait . yesterday 04 sep 2019 they call me back and agreed for refund but today again the delivery boy did not come for pick up
they are wasting my time
