Liinara Fashion - Duplicate product delivered, refused to refund

Liinara sent me a duplicate product. I had ordered for an anarkali suit that is available in the website. The product is totally different from the one in the picture. They are saying that it is same and they wont refund. I have pointed out the differences and they have acknowledged that. They want to refund for buttons, latkan, piping and dupatta but i want to return the whole product and get a refund for the same.
