I have purchased Aquaguard SUPERB UV+UF 6.5 L from Flipkart on 27 Sep, 2017. Order ID: OD110295214025136000. After installation of the product taste of water is too bad and we are not using the product. We had to switch to Bisleri cans. I contacted Flipkart for this issue for which they promised me best possible resolution. They promised that they will send a technician and based on his visit/outcome they will replace the probable faulty product or do something else.

Now after a month of purchase date they denied any technician visit or any other resolution. Later I contacted a local purifier vendor who told me that this purifier is not suitable for my area which has hard water. Flipkart didn't put this information on their website, otherwise I would have noticed it and would not have purchased the product. Even information booklet of the product has the information that product is not suitable for hard water.

So I feel that Flipkart is cheating the customers like me by hiding the information about product.

They even took back the cash back amount I received as part of offer.

Please help me.
