Online scam/ doesn't ship after payment - https://pynkvilla.com/

I ordered 2 jerseys worth rs 749.50 on 3rd and 4th October respectively.
I was notified that items would be shipped within 8-12 days. I waited till 14th Oct, and then i messaged on their Instagram @pynkvilla handle that where is my order, they did not reply for 2 days. When i told them that i will tell everyone that they are fraud, they said "As you wish".

I posted on their Facebook page that they are fraud and all, so they just banned me and told me that i would get my money refunded, but its been 4 days, i dhave not got my refund yet.
I messaged them again on Instagram, they just banned me from their Instagram(@pynkvilla), Facebook Page(https://www.facebook.com/pynkvilla) and Whatsapp number(9903570418).

Now, i have not got my money and I've read some post on twitter that they are frad.

Also, they have not permitted anyone to comment on their Instagram post so no one can make people aware about their fraud. Also, if someone post on their Facebook page they just delete that and ban that person.

I want my refund and action to be taken against fraud pynkvilla.com
