Redundant SMS in mid night, post paid subscriber of airtel

We are a post paid subscriber of airtel with mobile number 9893125445.
Since last two month receving the sms from comapny about renewal of hello tune and about data usage in mid or late night so matter of concern had submitted to concern authority but getting the silly shallying response from them.
Its general understanding that person recevied the some emergent message only in late night but such resuntant message unnecessary cause the disturbance in sleep so some apt action anticiaptaed against such arrogant company.
