non delivery of mobile phone from service centre and company

i am jayesh yadav from mhow ,indore ( M.p) i bought a handset of yureka company yuphoria model no YU5010A on 22/12/15 . and on 26/3/16 i got some defect in my phone so i submitted at authorised service centre in indore at AKHIL TRADERS ,yashwant plaza on 26/3/16 .after that i called at yureka company they promised i will get within 15 days but after i called on 9 of april 2016 , they said my phone has been dispatched from there on 7 april 2016 .and said that i can collect it from service centre in 2 -3 days but from that day till now i didnt get my handset i called service centre and company everytime they say 2-3 days i vill get my phone . i am really frustated from this guys .
JOB SHEET NO -N030495-0316*22604092 DATED 26/3/2016 .its my humble request to thi forum to take some strict action against service centre and company.as soon as possible . .
