I had purchased a LYF WIND-4 NEW HANDSET WITH Reliance GIO 4G sim on 13 Jun 2016 from Lokplus, Rajeev Plaza, Gwalior. After 5 days of submitting the documents the Sim was not activated & the touchscreen of the Handset got hanged without a single call & the battery backup is also very bad as expected from 4000mah battery. When the handset given to the service center, he is not replacing the handset rather repaired the handset but I want a new one as it is not used for a single time & got hanged.
