Phone Damaged Company is not responding SONY INDIA to Rajkot service centre

My phone damaged itself while moving droped on table hardly a feet . visited service center in jamnager the started communicating fraudelant schemes .
1 They told pay additional Rs 8,000 & get replaced same model new piece . when asked to do so they told it will be a used one .
Refused to take used piece . Service centre in Jamnagar refused to repair & told me to got to Rajkot service centre .
Again when I was leaving they told the this phone will be taken by company & you will have to pay only differential on any model .
I am realy messed up can any one help in Sony .
