Mi Mobile Not Repair After Long Time more than 2 months

I have given my MI4 mobile for service on 11.05.2016 as it was in warranty period.
At that time , Mi didn't provide any spare mobile and send my mobile to service centre..
Now Today it's 9.07.2016 and Still I have not received my mobile..
When I am asking about my mobile status on customer care no and service center , They are not giving proper answer and always they are repeating the same reply that I will get within 15 days.
I waited for those 15 days so may times , But I have not received it yet.
The same matter I have communitacted to mi through mail as well.. But they are also giving diplomatic answer,
I want to sue mi for such a irresponsible behaviour with customer.
Still I don't know when I am going to have my mobile.
I have all the documents like bill , Job sheet no..etc..
I want you to help you in getting my mobile back and sue mi in such a way that it would not be repeated with any customer
