Consumer complain against Snapdeal give me defective product

Both are ridiculous.

I purchased mobile from the Snapdeal and it's defective. They told me that you need to give us dual letter from the MI service center and i went to MI service center and they told me we don't give you dual letter so i talked with MI customer and they told same thing and also told me that you purchased mobile from the snapdeal so you talk with them.

Snapdeal - we don't return the product and also they said you repair the mobile into MI services center.

i purchased new mobile and they told me to repair.

Both are providing ridiculous services.
