Non replacement of mobile battery under warranty

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a mobile hand set INTEX"AQUA SPEED" from Teens Gallery, Garh Road, Meerut on 16.10.2015. I felt some problem in charging/discharging of battery for which I contacted your service centre Intex Service Centre, Ganga Plaza, Meerut on 14.04.2016. The purchase bill(Bill No.4692 dt. 16.10.2015) and service request letter (604146226043T001, dt. 14.04.2016) are attached for your ready reference.
I was told by the person handling my problem that your battery is in warranty and will be replaced, but presently battery is not available here and gave me a standby battery in that connection. I found the battery given to me was also not working and it seemed just an eyewash for that moment only. On very next day, I again contacted them but still the same position.
I visited them at regular intervals but couldn't got any satisfactory reply. I contacted at toll Free no. also, but their also the same position. They were giving me time of one week everytime.
You can understand in today’s time, how I’ m managing without a mobile . My sufferings needs to be resolved at the earliest.
