Dear Sir/Mam,
I had bought Micromax Yu Yureka phone from Amazon.com on 18th April 2015.
My phone started giving charging problems since beginning. Two weeks back my phone stopped charging. I tried charging but it always shows low battery.
The phone is switched off since then.
I called up the Micromax customer care number 1860-212-2122 to get help.
They told me that I have to visit one of their service centres to get my phone serviced.
Please note, on Micromax website, they have mentioned that they provide doorstep service for a mobile in warranty. As per their doorstep service , my pincode 401107 is eligible for the doorstep service but the customer care executive denied the doorstep service and said that I will have to visit their service center.
My husband visited their service center on 11th April'16 , address as below

But they denied service saying that mobile has physical damage and we have to pay Rs . 4000 or else they will not service the phone.
Please note, no physical damage was done to the phone and its in warranty period. Please also note they opened up the complete phone hardware to check the phone and broke the warranty seal of the phone.
I complained about the service centre to the Micromax service centre. The customer care executive asked me to visit their other service center.
My husband visited the other service center on 12th April'16 , address as below

This service center are saying that the warranty seal is broken and hence the phone cannot be covered in warranty.
The phone was opened one day before by Micromax's own service centre in Malad, as I mentioned earlier and they have broken the seal.
Kindly help me out with this as this is total harrassment of a customer.
Micromax customer support is not taking any action against service centres neither are they helping me out with sorting out my problem. My husband and me took leave from office to get the phone repaired.
I have lot of data in the phone, hence I need the phone to be repaired as soon as possible.
I am totally tired running to micromax service centres , calling micromax support centre and sending them messages but they are not solving the problem.
I request you to take strict action against the company and help me with my rightful justice I deserve.
