Hi,
I had purchased YU YUREKA mobile in May 2015 and I got many quality issues with it. Firstly charger is not working then display has problem.
I raised complaint about display as screen has many dead pixels to yureka support.
I raised my complaint in Oct 2015 , Initially they have given me many solution to work out at my end , still problem is not solved. I have to keep calling them , i need to keep following them through mail.
After many follow ups yureka support agree to create job sheet and after 3 month in Jan-2016 they have created job sheet for me.

Once job sheet created they didn't sent handset promptly , for same i have to keep doing follow ups. I have written lots mail , done many calls after my follows ups they are ready to sent device.
And they sent device in month of march. I got device on 21 March 2016.
But problem is that
1. They promised me to sent new device instead of that they sent repaired used device.
2. The device is defective one. It has charging issue.
3. When i called support team , they refused to issue new device and kept me on hold for 53 minutes and disconnected the call.
For screen related issue i have visited service center many times, that time service center refuse to accept handset and once i got defective handset the customer support are saying that they have change the policy.
So as per new policy i will not get handset replacement.
As out of 12 month warranty , more that 7 month i cant use Yureka handset and on getting defective handset no one is there to solve my query.
I request them many times to issue my refund but they are not responding to my queries.
