Dear Sir / Madam,
I have purchased P41 HD handset on 11/03/2015 from New Star Mobile, Pune
Tax Invoice No. CA6387
In December & January 2015 I have given the handset to Company's Service Center. As phone was charging negatively and once battery gets below 50% it will automatically shut down. the phone is returned after reset of software & telling you memory card is not supporting. Even though the problem is not solved. This happened 2 times. Again I went to service center they have again formatted the handset and given immediately without preparing service request in written.
Since that time I thought it may be the problem of Battery so I was asking the service center for battery. But they have shortage and said order is given to company. If company provides we will contact you.
One of my friend who is engineer told me negative charging of mobile handset is the problem or mother board and problem of battery So On 21.03.2015 I again submitted to handset to Service Center they are telling it require 1450/-. Due to delay, misguide, shortage of battery, as problem was not identified by the service center itself, the warranty lapsed by 10 days. So it is responsibility of company to solve the problem free of cost.
I have already made a complaint to company on March 8, 2016 (During Warranty period). The company called once asking "did you got battery" but repeatedly ignoring at customer.
Handset is given to Universal Enterprises, Panasonic Authorized Service Center, Patil Plaza, Pune. Kindly check previous details.
