Refusal for Mobile Repair

Sir

I have purchased Asus mobile phone on 15.04.2019 which are facing problem with screen. I'm contacted with Asus service center in Udaipur for resolution but the refused with remark "LCD PANEL DAMAGE / WITHOUT REPAIR RETURN".

But mobile is not having screen damages.
