Dear Sir,
This is regarding network & connectivity issue with Bharti Airtel Limited at my Mobile No.+91-9899447620.
Sir, since the 22.04.2016 I am complaining to Bharti Airtel Limited about the bad network & connectivity issue at my home H.NO.1370, Parvatiya Colony, Maya Kunj, Near Shiv Shakti School, N.I.T. Faridabad-121005, Haryana.
But they are just giving me every time a new deadline for network issue resolution while I am paying them approx INR-1000/- Per month as mobile bill for the services that I am not getting proper.
I have asked to Airtel to provide me a network booster till the network issue resolved but they have refused it.
They gave me a excuse that they are planning a new site near my home but now when i checked their open network system and found that there is no new site they have planned, I think they are justing wasting my time and money. I am enclosing herewith their open network system screen shots for your further action.
Now I am fed to wait so long, So pass on this case to TRAI, I hope you will help me in this regard and take necessary action.
I am enclosing herewith my correspondence with Airtel about the network issue which they have not resolved since the 4 months.
Please look into it and take necessary action against it.
