my bill plan in r/o my postpaid nos 9717262664 and 8130950006 has been changed by airtel without my consent. my monthly bill before changing the bill plan was approximately Rs. 250/- for each number now the plan that is started by airtel without my consent the mothly bill raised by them is of Rs. 798/per month in r/o my no. 8130950006. when i have applied for portability in r/o both my nos. the retention team of airtel has waive-off some amount in r/o my number 9717262664 and started the same plan that i already had with extra 200 min. free. And they have created some problem like my number is not registered with airtel and call can not be completed to harass me and tried their level best to torture me in r/o my no. 8130950006. I have also file a complaint to TRAI at their email id and When i complaint to TRAI, services has been started by airtel. It seems that something wrong is going on within airtel. One of the lady customer care executive even talk with me very rudely. And i have two more prepaid no. for internet access. when i have applied for portability for all the 4 nos. The retention team told me to talk with the customer care executive at their no. 121.Today, i call them. 2 customer care executives talked with me. And they both are laughing at me. The names are Mr. Sahil Ram and Mr. Jaspreet Singh. Mr. sahil avoid to give me the no. of appelate authority and nodal officer of airtel. Mr. Jaspreet was laughing on me like that i am a joker. How airtel assess my pocket and decide that i will pay more? is it? I e-mailed to customer care, appelate authority of airtel but no satisfied reply is given by them. i want my bill as per my bill plan opted my me. So that i can pay and switch over to other service provider.

I would like to state that, i have two connections of airtel telecom company, and i have certain problems with that,
Firstly, they changed my plans twice now without my consent, the very first time, changed my only landline plan to combo plan with my consent, but with assurance of billing will be done on account of one broadband connections, then they started charging me more from next couple of months,
Secondly they now again changed my plan without any consent and any text messege, from 399 to 499, and now when they did call me and i conveyed my problem to them, they said simply said sorry we cant help, now plan has changed, and when i asked them hat they should have told me about that, the supervisor nmed kajal did talked to me rudely, and was shouting on me like a crazy person, i feel harrased, please look into it or show me the way to complaint about this matter
