R/Sir/Mam Above mentioned subject I Ashish Kumar Vpo- Ganau Dist.Sonipat Haryana purchased also INTEX AQUA Speed Mobile Local delar GNR City SAROHA COMMUNICATION on dt.20/10/2015 MRP 8200 in cash payment. Sir This Mobile purchased after three month technical fault mobile hedup,Screen any Number No dallying So this problem contact Mobile Purchased shop owner told go to TNTEX Service centre Sonipat. Sir My personal problem that time not going to Service centre. Sir my get time after 20/04/2016 going to INTEX service centre.Sir service centre mobile checked after Job sheet(J.No - 604206457001T001) provide and told me mobile spar part not available in work shop so send to company work shop with in one week your mobile also taken this work shop.Sir also contact 20 time 27 04- 16 to 25-05-16 0130-2210474 Sonipat Work shop respond not come back your mobile and contact 0124 4344444 20 time 10-05-16 to 25-05-16 respond our company senior also contact for satisfy.Sir I hope to your deptt my problem is solve as early as possible.
1> Intex company not good service provided to consumer so mobile why sell out side market any fort work to consumer ?
2> I want to know Intex Company warranty period rule regulation ?
3 >My mobile not repair so new same model provided to me ?
4> My mobile heavy fault so company also provided this mobile after repair company also me 3 year warranty?
5> Intex company Mobile CMD Call to me for satisfy. Plz necessary take action against company.
