Need your attention regarding Gracia Fraud (Builder- AG Constructions, Owner- Abhijeet Gaikwad, Location- Kharadi, Pune). The sales person (Bhushan saraf) has sold me the flat No- B-805, which was already sold to some body else and now the company/owner of the sales person is refusing to give the money back. I have made payment of Rs 1200000 (Rs Twelve Lacs) as initial payment of the flat. There are almost 15 families and total amount of Fraud is 2.3 Crore.
