Respected Sir / Mam,

I am writing you this mail regarding the project which is stalled in Gurgaon and there is no hope that the construction will resume and I will ever get my dream home. I have already paid almost 50% of the amount to the builder through my personnel savings and with the home loan from HDFC.

Is there something can be done against the fraud done by builder and I will be able to get my money back as it is getting very difficult for our family to stay in rent and paying EMI. Above all, it is more and more difficult for us to have any other home in ggn.

The project is Cosmocourt Sec 86 by Adel Landmarks. (Previously called as Era) group. Even other projects by Adel Landmarks are also in the same situation and money has been blocked for everyone. The banks have stopped funding as well.

Could you please help us in any way to get our money back as this is the only hope we have now.
