I have dropped several mails to care@irctc.co.in
But the executives are not replying now, their last reply was on 23 aug 2017.
My reference number is 100000177856671. My train was diverted from boarding point (katihar) it didnot reach katihar that day and diverted to some other route, therefore we didnot travel and filed TDR. Am i supposed to get money back or not.
The irctc executive replied me :-
Your TDR requested against PNR No.6104826806 has been forwarded to WESTERN RAILWAY (WR) Railway on 13-Aug-2017. IRCTC not received refund from WESTERN RAILWAY (WR) Railway.Once refund is received from WESTERN RAILWAY (WR) Railway the same will be credited back to your account.
Ticket details are attached with this mail
