Refund Not Given in case of cancelled train

I booked a ticket from New Delhi to Pune for journey on 22 Feb 2016 (PNR: 2415327629) by 11078 Jhelum Express. The train was declared fully cancelled for that day. It is showing the same on train enquiry website as well. I emailed and called 'care@irctc.co.in' many times but has not received any satisfactory response. They are now saying that my train was partially cancelled and I will not get any refund back. But I have the screenshot of trainenquiry site which is clearly saying the train was fully cancelled by railway and I don't have to file any TDR for my refund. I am very much disappointed with such terrible responses from irctc as I am chasing this issue from a long time.
