On 16/2/2015, I had applied for "HDFC Click 2 Protect Plan" for a online term policy of 75 Lacs. I had filled online application, paid premium of Rs.12994/- & submitted documents related to Icome Proof such as salary slip, form 16, Pan Card, Address Proof etc on same day online.
I had undergone medical check up also. Suddenly, on 5/6/2015, I received a credit of Rs. 10689/- in my HDFC Credit Card a/c. On enquiry, I was told that my policy application is not considered as I had not submitted Income Proof. I told them number of times that I have submitted all the documents including income proofs on very first day of application online. They did not give me any written document or email of cancelling the policy or application.
I need my policy from HDFC Click 2 protect as I no professional approach from HDFC Life. Also I could not secure my family for current FY 1516.
