REFUND FROM IFFCO TOKIO CAR INSURANCE

I have purchased IFFCO TOKIO car insurance policy online for my Honda Amaze Car for which I have made payments twicely. But could not get refund from Iffco Tokio company till date even after continuous follow-up.

Reason & History for twice payment :
I have made first payment on 16/01/2016 of Rs.15029.28 through Credit Card.

But got call from customer care of Iffco Tokio company on 18th Jan 2016 that I made excess payment because I had not put promotion code.
So as per instruction from customer cate of Iffco Tokio I made second payment in the evening of 18/01/2016 of Rs.13374.51 through Credit Card. Before making payment concern lady of Iffco Tokio assured me that I will get my first payment within 7 to 10 days.

But after second payment Iffco Tokio company generated two car insurance policies and handed over to me (for my single car two policies)

Now they refuse to refund me and even do not attend my phone call.

I am expecting justice against this cheating done by company.
