Claim number: 91704127885 Coupon number: 62498072 I had bought insurance for my mobile from Syska gadget secure. My mobile was stolen once when it was in my husbands hands. Syska rejected the loss claim as it was not handled by me at time of theft. The mobile was later recovered. Now my mobile screen got damaged accidentally. Now syska is asking for lost and found report of the first claim where they had already rejected the claim. As per their own terms, the lost and found report is required in case of second claim of lost. My claim is of damage and hence its not applicable. But syska is not approving my claim.
