OneAssist Mobile Insurance claimed in March still not resolved.

I purchased the OneAssist Mobile Insurance along with my mobile on 26th May, 2015 the invoice of which I've attached below. It covered damages and expenses for my Yu Yureka mobile upto Rs. 8999/-
My phone fell of my hand and the screen got damaged, and on the same day I raised a claim request with one assist on 31st March, 2016. They picked up the phone from my place and after a month asked me to pay Rs. 305 as processing fees. I paid the fees on 28th April, 2016. Ever since I've been calling them for various reasons but there hasn't been a resolution. When they take the claim, they take the photographs of the damaged handset along with the registered IMEI number of the device. On 27th June, 2016 after 3 months they sent me a phone and to my surprise it wasn't my phone. Firstly, they had sent me a refurbished phone which was 5 months older than the manufacturing date of my phone. It was a used phone of someone else. Second, it wasn't my phone as the IMEI numbers were completely different. And thirdly the phone was not in proper working condition, it would get switched off in 5 minutes. So after 3 months they sent me a used defective phone and said that's what they got repaired. Ever since 27th June till today I've been trying to get in touch with them to take back this defective phone and give back my phone by repairing its screen damage. They don't respond to emails and when called they keep saying the query will be resolved in 48 hours. This is complete cheating and such fraud companies should not be allowed to function in our country. They are making money by providing nothing to the customers. And they don't answer the customers either. Its been 5 months now and I'm yet to get a resolution. I don't know when I'll get my phone back.

I bought the insurance for Rs. 395 and I also paid processing Fees of Rs. 305. So I've already paid 700 Rs to them without getting anything.
I waited for a month but then I had to buy a new phone because of this long delay.

My resolution is simple. I want my phone the one that I gave for repair, repaired properly and fast. If the company can't do that, my insurance was upto Rs. 8999/- , ask them to return the full insurance money. They are not accountable, they are providing no service whatsoever.
