I have renewed the policy on 18th June 2016. I have been told that I will get the policy in 48 hours however even after 3 working days I did not receive the soft copy of the policy.
I have tried to call customer care and the executive from Bajaj Allianze to whom the policy details/quote received however no use. called to customer care 4-5 times but no response.
Its almost a week over but no response.
