Not returning my device insured by syska gadget secure complaint on 6/3/17

got my device insured by syska gadget secure , my device got damaged ,complaint on 6/3/17 claim no 1703061474, upoloaded documents on time, pickup of phone sceduled by company through courier company ,no update on website till 6/4/17, claim approved on 7/4/17, after that the update status is "device is under repair" the expected date of delevery was given 23/4/17 ,but later it was moved to 8/5/17 and noe it has moved to 20/5/17.
my device is lying with the company for last two months
i am being in problem without my device ,each time i tried to contact senior exexutives of company i was denied , and given assurance that u will get device shortly.
the whole tenure of insurance is one year and out of which 2 months the device is lying with insurance company, it should be compensated with time period and monetary for harshment
