HDFC Life Insurance - HDFC Life Policy Missold -Policy No- 17508212 and 17427366

I recently purchase two HDFC Life Policy Nos. 17508212 and 17427366 and these both were missold to me as the features which were told to me was entirely different when I received the policy papers. I was told that these policies are one time investment plan (Guarnted Rate investment )which cover medical insurance of 5 lakhs, Accidental cover of 2 lacs, Death cover of 4 lakhs. The person who sold me these policies also told that I will receive the bonds papers post I receive the policy papers and those bond paper will cover all those features which was told to me . He also told me that I will be getting guaranteed loyalty bonus which will range in between 3-5 lakhs post I receive bonds papers. The person from HDFC has given me D2C Code 151288 (Direct to customer code) and I was told that as all the policies were sold through agent as you will be getting these policies directly from bank this code will activated for life and the commission which agent were taken will be given directly to me by the bank. I was also told not to disclose the features told to me to any verification call otherwise the agent will cancel these policies and I will not be getting any benefits told to me as I am the privilege customer of the bank. when I called up those guys after receiving the policy papers that I have not received the bond papers with the features that was told to me, They asked me to open an account with Rs. 50, 0000 and in that account I will get the loyalty bonus for 3- 5 lakhs . I refuses to open the account and do the investment because I asked him to send the bonds papers first with all the features told to me then he stop picking up my call.I also noticed that the some of the details were filled in the policy documents were incorrect as my occupation details and medical details. I don not remember filling such details and the document "Most important document" which is at the last of the policy papers. I hope those documents were filled by those fraud guys. I visited HDFC life insurance branch and register a complaint but unfortunately I did not receive the positive response. In response I receive the standard paragraph lines seems copy pasted . No one from the bank bother to call me and ask for the whole scenario happened to with me.Also I have given the details of those person who mi sold the policies to me so that the action can be taken however nothing happened.Below are the details of the people who missold these policies. 1.Amit Singhani - 09211869068 2.Kanika Sharma- 09211869065 3.Usha -08826769941 I want to cancel these policies and want my money to be refunded.I am really disappointed to hear the response from HDFC as it seems that they are not customer centric they just want there product to be sold to the customer to meet their targets. Looking forward to hear the positive response.
