I am retired bank employee and submitted domiciliary medical bill to insurance company on 04/03/2018 and it was processed by insurance company on 12/03/2018 , but claim amount not credited to my account. I have sent mails to that company and made so many phone calls to help line phone numbers but no proper response received. no reply received to my mails. the claim amount for domiciliary treatment is rs.7027/-for my mental tension iam claiming another 20,000/-
